The convenience of going to the room with the airport carts and being very accessible for an overnight stay at the airport

The price is very high relative to the size and format of the room. Kids running and screaming in the middle of the night in the hallway and the doors are not very sound-proof. Generally there is noise coming from the hallway since there are guests checking in and out of the hotel at every hour. Also, they didn't have something as simple as a shower cap when we requested one.

Food was amazing, staff were amazing. Clean, comfy.

I paid nearly £300 just to get my head down for a few hours by the time I arrived and cleared security etc. And breakfast was not included. And it did not state clear on booking. Just said breakfast was from 6.30 - 10.00 so got up and got told was not included. Had a tour at 08.30 for the whole day then a connecting flight. So a lot of money for such short rest unfortunately. Everything else was perfect.

The only thing I didn’t like was that our room was very far from the elevator, and the hallway flooring made it very difficult to pull our suitcases. Since this is an airport hotel and many guests are traveling with luggage, I hope they consider changing the hallway flooring to something more suitcase-friendly.
