• Directly: name and email at registration, billing information when you book, travel preferences and search queries, and communications you send us.
• Automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, referring URLs, and cookies.
• From third parties: booking confirmation details from provider partners and payment verification data (we do not store full card numbers).

How we use your information

• Process and confirm hotel and experience bookings.
• Provide 24/7 support on every booking and send confirmations and itinerary updates.

Information sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who fulfil your booking (hotels, transfer companies, experience operators), PCI-compliant payment processors, analytics services (aggregated and anonymized), and where required by law.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your search and currency preferences, and measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some functionality.

Country and display currency

To show prices in a currency that makes sense for you, our web server looks up the country your IP address belongs to, using a country-level database stored on our own server. Only the two-letter country code is used: it is kept in a cookie for one day and is not combined with your account. No city or precise location is derived, and your IP address is not sent to a third party for this. You can change the currency at any time in the site header; your choice then takes precedence.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking records may be kept up to 7 years for accounting and legal compliance, even after account deletion.
