1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms apply to all visitors, members, and others who access the platform. By creating an account or using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Membership

We offer free membership granting access to privately negotiated hotel rates, experience bookings, and other member benefits. Membership is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and must notify us at info@thetravelclub.ai of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

3. Bookings and payments

When you make a booking, you enter into a contract directly with the hotel or service provider; The Travel Club acts as an intermediary and is not a party to that contract. Final pricing including taxes and fees is shown before you confirm — we add no hidden fees. Cancellation policies are set by providers and displayed clearly before you confirm.

4. Prohibited uses

• Circumventing member-rate restrictions (e.g. reselling member-rate bookings).
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Scraping, copying, or redistributing rate or inventory data.
• Interfering with the security or integrity of the platform.
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the platform is the property of The Travel Club or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Hotel and provider information is supplied by third parties; while we make reasonable efforts to verify it, we cannot guarantee it is current or complete.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Travel Club shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Orange County, California.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms; we will update the “Last Updated” date and, for material changes, make reasonable efforts to notify members by email.
