“A good base away from the noise of the city”

Good location for the trams and the trains to central Amsterdam. The staff were welcoming and gave us a brief introduction and a quick guide to the area. They explained that there was not a restaurant but that is not a problem as there are many restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. There is also a Lidl nearby and a Jumbo supermarket near Sloterdijk station. The room was clean and spacious with a decent shower. Shower body wash and handwash was provided. There is a small fridge and coffee making facilities but they use pods although will dispense hot water. We had a faulty curtain that was fixed within minutes of being reported. The hotel internet is OK and the TV was more than adequate with a few English channels. We arrived by train but the hotel does have a car park. All in all a decent hotel in a fair location if you don’t want the hustle and noise of the city centre. The tram drops you off right by the Rijks Museum which is only a 15 minute ride. I also noted that the city taxes are included in the price, so no hidden fees on checkout.

Ci vorrebbe un pizzico di pulizia in più per via della moquette

Aunque alejado del centro,la ubicación es buena ya que tiene parada de tranvía justo enfrente y es una zona residencial tranquila. Además una muy buena atención del personal de recepción.

Después de haber estado anteriormente alojados, en esta ocasión,nos encontramos con una pérdida de calidad del hotel con respecto a la limpieza de las habitaciones y en el desayuno.

It was nice to stay at this hotel. Staff is helpful, tram station is right at the front, breakfast was very good and the hotel is located at a quiet corner of that city.
