“Decent but not amazing”

Nice to be on the beach, apartment was spacious.

Check in was cumbersome with multiple forms sent via multiple ways. Door handle was loose and didn’t lock unless slammed. Location was nice on the beach but not near any food or grocery.

“Great stay - with just a small hiccup in the beginning”

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was beautiful with incredible views of the water. This was a great stay!

The check in was not very user friendly. We arrived in the early evening and the receiption area was closed. There were no instructions on how to "use" the condo. For instance, we didn't have hot water the first night and morning because there were no instructions on how to turn the hot water on. We also couldn't use the air conditioners at first because they poured out water when they ran - there were no instructions on how to rehook the water hose when using the aprtment. So our first night and morning were not good. However as soon as we were able to get into the receiption area the staff was EXTREMELY helpful and got everything set up for us. There just needed to be a set of instructions on the table in the condo for these steps so we could have avoided the first night fiascos.

The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable
