Me gustó mucho es hermoso el hotel y no tienes que salir a buscar que tomar o compartir con la pareja por qué hay mismo está el bar en el hotel súper feliz me voy de ese lugar

No me gustó y me pareció muy incómodo que cuando mi esposo se fue a llevar el carro al parqueadero se le olvidaron las llaves de la habitación y cuando fue a preguntar por unas para poder subir a la habitación la chica le dijo que era un extraño y que no le podía dar las llaves, que tenía que ir acompañado de un seguridad y el solo necesitaba subir a él ascensor por qué en el cuarto estaba yo

Staff was incredibly nice and Direct Access to Times Square if you want to be in the mix of it all! Bellman went above and beyond, probably the highlight of my hotel experience! Top notch!

The entry at the street level is a lot outdated, the water installation, which must be for someone the second door, smells musty/moldy and it looks stagnate with moldy areas when you look up. Room was a bit dusty and A/C was working well enough, but didn’t work very well. It did help when we had shut the windows all day tho. I didn’t give staff an opportunity to make it right, only told them it ran warm during checkout.
