Vincci Baixa Suites Apartments

A small apartment in the heart of Lisbon. The location is excellent and very convenient for a small family with a baby, and it was easy to get around with a stroller. The baby cot was also a great addition. The apartment has a beautiful design and was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was very nice as well, although it comes at an additional cost. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it, especially for couples or small families with a baby with few days.

We requested a late check-out well in advance of the start of our stay, but unfortunately they were unable to arrange for us to remain in the same room. Instead, we were advised that the only option was to pay extra for the entire additional day, which was quite disappointing. That said, the staff were otherwise quite helpful and accommodating. The room itself is not really suitable for longer stays. It does not have an iron or laundry facilities/cleaning supplies, so it feels more like a basic rental room rather than a fully equipped accommodation. I would not recommend it for stays of several days. Also, the room can be quite noisy because of the nearby train.

“Tutto ottimo”

Abbiamo preso un monolocale perche con nostro figlio di 16 mesi avevamo bisogno di usufruire della cucina. Spazi molto funzionali, pulizia ottima e la cucina attrezzata di tutto l'occorrente. Il personale è molto attento ad ogni richiesta: la pulizia veniva scolta intorno alle 15 abbiamo chiesto di poterla spostare in mattinata dato che a quell'ora il nostro bimbo fa il pisolino ed hanno accolto la nostra richiesta tranquillamente. Colazione a buffet ottima, con vasta scelta di dolce e salato. Posizione ottima per chi viaggia con bimbi perche è possibile raggiungere tutte le attrazioni principali a piedi.

Non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto, struttura ottima. Forse la stanza un po rumorosa, ma è normale perche la struttura si trova proprio al centro. Inoltre le finestre isolano molto bene i rumori.

Smart decoration and comfortable bed. Access to good restaurants and sightseeing within walking distance.

Limited bathroom storage. Poor air-conditioning control. Uncomfortable area for breakfast, seating poor.

“Melhor café da manhã”

Café da manhã excepcional. Localização muito boa para quem vai a primeira vez para Lisboa e deseja fazer turismo.

Na hora da reserva, não fica claro que alguns quartos são fora do hotel (acomodação 3 estrelas) . Alguns quartos ficam fora do prédio do hotel. O hotel em si é 4 estrelas. Isso ficou muito confuso e poderia ter sido explicado antes da compra. Achei um pouco incômodo ter que sair de um prédio, sair na rua e entrar no hotel para ter que tomar o café.
