Cool staff, good breakfast, supermarket right in front of the hotel with a surprise street-market on Saturday

The bathroom was a bit small and the shower quirky

It’s situated near the metro station. The room was nice and clean. The staff is very nice. Recommend it.

Overall, I am very pleased with everything, except for a few points I will mention below. I liked the location; the M5 Gerusalemme metro station is nearby. There is a large Esselunga supermarket across the street. On Tuesdays and Saturdays, the street is closed off for a market. The CityLife shopping center is not far away. Attractions such as the Monumental Cemetery (Cimitero Monumentale) and Sempione Park—home to Sforza Castle (Castello Sforzesco)—are also relatively close by. Breakfast is hearty and offers a good variety. The staff is very friendly, and housekeeping is provided daily or upon request.

Now for the downsides—though there were very few, unless one wants to nitpick. First, the safe in my room was broken; despite the maintenance staff's attempts, they were unable to fix it. Second, the air conditioning in the gym wasn't working, making it very hot and difficult to work out. I asked the staff about this twice, though I never quite understood the root cause of the issue; I was simply told that, unfortunately, the problem couldn't be resolved at the time. Otherwise, everything was wonderful—I really have no grounds for complaint or criticism. Thank you very much.
