Our favourite spot on our trip! You can book it with complete confidence! 🥰 The welcome we received on arrival from Arturo and the staff was perfect The beauty of the place and the experience it offers The two swimming pools, each very different from the other The proximity to nature and wildlife The quality of the food The tranquillity of the surroundings The Wi-Fi connection, considering how remote the place is The proximity to the many cenotes The range of activities on offer, whether for sightseeing, relaxing, recharging your batteries or even meditating Quite simply, Arturo! What an extraordinary man, full of kindness, warmth and good advice. He’s available 24/7 (he even brought us breakfast at 5.30 am) and we spent one of our best evenings chatting with him and another traveller around a campfire, roasting marshmallows Thanks again for everything !!
The road leading to the hotel is a proper dirt track over 2 km long. It gets hot in the accommodation at night, but these two minor drawbacks shouldn’t put you off in the slightest.
