Awesome location for restng up after long trip . Pool and slide were great but lacked staff actually cleaning out the skimmers as every one was full so floating stuff just floating. Clean the skimmers and 10/10. Everything else was great

Clean the skimmers 3 4 times a day to get the floating items out other wise the sink and look bad. 5 min job for the 1 of the 6 lifeguards. You can do better

The breakfast buffet was disappointing as the food wasn’t warm and fresh. Dint seem like it was worth the price.

There was an exposed electrical in our room and the maintenance worker told us that how it is which doesn’t make sense as it’s a fire safety hazard. There was some who pooped in the pool and we couldn’t truly enjoy it. The location is beautiful, but overall the grounds is neglected which is disheartening.
