Great central location. Lovely, comfortable rooms. Great rooftop pool.

Room looked a little tired and could do with some tlc especially in the bathroom.

“Amazing Indian Food and Exceptional Hospitality”

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel from 16 to 26 August. I am a repeat customer of Westin and have also stayed at several other Marriott properties in Bangkok, but the food here is what keeps bringing me back to this location. A special mention goes to Manoj and Sachin for preparing such amazing Indian food. The Puri Sabji is honestly better than what you get at most restaurants in India! Their food is authentic, fresh, and prepared with great care. The entire team is very polite, welcoming, and always takes good care of the guests. I would also like to appreciate the General Manager for doing an excellent job of connecting with guests. Whether during breakfast or in the evening at the lounge, he makes an effort to interact with people and build genuine connections. It really adds a personal touch to the stay. Overall, the combination of excellent food, warm hospitality, and a welcoming team makes this hotel stand out. I look forward to coming back again.

Narin was very nice and hopeful. Narin always asked if you needed anything. I'm very happy with my stay here for my 1st time being in Thailand.

“Great location and service”

Great hotel close to BTS, MRT, Terminal 21 Check out the Korean BBQ and Hanako in the small soi behind the hotel. Arun the housekeeper is very nice and the staff in the VIP lounge are super kind
