“Amazing stay at the Tower Hotel ****”
We stayed here for 2 nights whilst celebrating our 20 year wedding anniversary. Firstly, a massive thank you to Fabrizio who made our stay that bit more special. THANK YOU The hotel itself was lovely. Its location is amazing. Looks straight out onto the Tower Bridge and there's so much to do in the area. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at coming to London.

“Excellent hotel”
Excellent hotel everyone was kind and helpful We did all the major attractions and it was very central We also had to attend Gus hospital whilst here and it was very convenient for this

“Great location, not great hotel”
The hotel is in a great location, but we would not stay there again Upon check in we were told that the air conditioning wasn’t working in the rooms and there was work going on so we could be disturbed by loud drilling The receptionist then told us she could upgrade our room so we had more space and less noise, she made it sound like this was a complimentary upgrade due to the issues but when I asked how much this would cost she told us an extra £80 per night! We declined The room its self was so small that it couldn’t fit a bedside table on both sides of the bed and so there were no plug sockets there The sheets had marks on them and the bathroom wasn’t spotless, marks in the sink I am not one to leave bad reviews but I need to be honest We were shocked and will not be returning to this hotel
