It's in a great location. I have stayed here before and will stay again

I found the older blonde lady to be surprisingly rude when I helped myself to the complimentary guest muffins when I had checked-in. Her reaction seemed completely uncalled for, particularly as they were clearly provided for guests to enjoy. The interaction gave the impression of someone who was unnecessarily abrupt and unwelcoming, considering I had literally just arrived. What made the encounter even more puzzling was that when I returned late that evening, the same number of muffins were still sitting there untouched.

“I would 100% stay here again. Lovely location, comfy place.”

This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Amsterdam for the price point. Very comfortable and clean, safe and practical. The location is the best.

The elevator goes up to the 4th floor only and if you’re staying on the 5th floor you have to take these really narrow and tricky stairs to get to your room. It’s quite annoying after a long day of traveling with luggage and then they tell you that you also have to carry your luggage up there now and there’s no one to help. 😅

Great location and facilities were clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Decor is current and rustic vibe.

Bed was really soft.
