My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the room had an unpleasant smell, and there were a large number of insects around the property, which negatively affected my stay. The hotel also offers very limited services, including room service and kitchen facilities, which did not meet my expectations. I would like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the male receptionist, who was very helpful throughout my stay. However, the female receptionist who assisted me upon arrival was somewhat rude and unprofessional, leaving a poor first impression. Unfortunately, I would not stay at this hotel again. I recommend that future guests carefully consider their options before booking.

Jól felszerelt szoba, a szobához terasz is volt, kedves és segítőkész személyzet. Tiszta környezet, szép belső udvar. A szálláson bicikli bérlésre is van lehetőség. A közelben éttermek, kávézók. Mi innen mentünk Cobá és Chichen Itza kirándulásra, amelyek könnyen megközelíthetőek voltak kocsival.

A reggeli nem volt annyira bőséges, mint más szállásokon. Félkész utak vannak, de a hotel előtt van parkolási lehetőség.
