The hotel staff member her name was Guler .She was exceptionally professional, courteous, and very helpful. When we arrived, our reservation was for a Bosphorus view room, but it was located on the first floor and the view was not satisfactory. She kindly upgraded our reservation from a standard room to a suite at no extra charge. The suite had a beautiful view of the Bosphorus, and we were very pleased with the upgrade. Her excellent service and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable
