Amazing staff! Great location.

My shower curtain was moldy in my first room! and I didn’t notice until I went to take a shower my kids later that night. I called the front desk to ask for a new shower curtain. They asked if they could move us to another room. I really didn’t want to move to another room. It was late an me and my 2 kids had a really unpacked, we’d been out all day, so the thought of packing up was exhausting. They couldn’t change the shower curtain that night, so we had to move to another room. The shower curtain in the second room was much cleaner, but there little gnats hanging out along the walls on the curtains and in the bathroom! I killed what I could find, but by this time the kids were disgusted by the shower curtain from the 1st room and scared of the bugs from the 2nd room and just wanted to go home! We searched the room to kill the rest of the bugs, sprayed Lysol, showered again, then set the alarm to hit the road to return home by sunrise! Vowing never to stay there again!

Great city view though the big window, comfortable bed, good location. No coffee machine in the room but there is coffee available early morning in the hotel free of charge

Loved everything about this hotel! The staff were delightful - professional, but also warm and personable. One of the most comfortable beds and bedding I've ever slept on. I use a wheelchair and my accessible room was perfect, including a great walk in shower. The cafe is charming, had both drinks and breakfast there. Location is great. Highly recommend!
