“Beautiful property, disappointing service that does not meet St. Regis standards.”

The property itself is beautiful. The architecture, landscaping, pools, beach, and guest rooms are outstanding. The hotel is immaculate, and its location in Cap Cana is exceptional. It has everything needed to become one of the best luxury resorts in the Caribbean.

Unfortunately, the service did not reflect the St. Regis brand. Throughout my stay, I experienced repeated service failures, poor communication, and a lack of attention to detail. Requests often required multiple follow-ups, and there was little sense of genuine hospitality or anticipation of guests’ needs. For the premium price charged, the overall service was far below expectations. A luxury property is defined by its people, and this was the greatest disappointment of my stay.

I have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, but I have never experienced anything like this. The level of service is truly exceptional and far beyond my expectations. This isn’t just a 10/10 experience—it’s a 1000/10. Congratulations to the entire team for your outstanding professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality. I will definitely be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
