Staff are super friendly and helpful. Great facilities! They have everything you need. Great location, can walk everywhere and metro closeby.

Room had a small window but quite dark as it was lower level

Great experience, clean rooms، helpful, polite and smiling staff 😀. Central location and iy is near all what you need to see in Madrid (plaza mayor, plaza del sol, palacio real, plaza spagna, retiro park etc) Lovely vibe with clean rooms and delicious breakfast. My compliments to the bar staff where I was having my single espresso daily. They are so helpful and chatty ;-)

L'emplacement est vraiment idéal et proche du Palacio Real. Hôtel également très agréable pour se poser après une longue marche. Le personnel est très sympa et disponible. C'est propre.
