“Better than other options locally!”

Stayed here a few nights, over a few weeks, for business purposes. Nice hotel. Good breakfast but pricey. Great location. Very small gym, pool is very open to viewing platforms. Crispy towels and dark rooms make the facilities difficult to find i.e. the gym. Friendly staff. Had a couple of issues with either broken shower doors, glasses, or changing deposit prices which were all avoidable. If you upgrade your room for more space, it is worth it if you’re staying a few nights. If you’re here for a short trip to London and you can deal with a room smaller than a Premier Inn, it is survivable if you’re treating it as a bed for the night and nothing more. I’d recommend it, and I would choose it over options locally.

A stay to remember. A charming hotel in the heart of South Kensington. Beautiful, spacious rooms, each with its own mini-kitchenette. The communal areas are stunning, with original décor and immaculate attention to detail. The spa, swimming pool and gym, with a bar at the centre, are simply a huge luxury for London. A stay to remember and (I hope) one to repeat

I really enjoyed the stay. It was the perfect location and made it easy to get around. Sujata was incredibly kind and helpful, always assisting us with anything we needed and making us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I also loved the food at TOK, which was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
