De locatie is erg goed, personeel vriendelijk en gratis lekkere koffie, thee en water.

De bedden waren erg zacht, redelijk gehorig en er was gelukkig wel airco maar die blies recht in mijn gezicht en was niet te stellen.

Chambre originale , petit déjeuner parfait , emplacement non loin du centre a 3 minutes de différents tram. Presque parfait

Le tapis sous le lit était usé , et peu propre mais c'est vraiment pour chipoter

“Ideal location, great staff and everything worked well.”

Great location. Convenient for trams into the city and especially Central Station. Easy walk to the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh. Staff were lovely. We would especially like to thank Flávio who was helpful throughout our stay. Also Tycho who went to a lot of trouble to assist us with a suitcase problem on our departure day. Can’t comment on breakfast as we don’t eat much breakfast so opted out of the hotel buffet.

Our room (501) was quite small for 2 people in twin beds. Bathroom was very small. But everything was adequate and worked well so not a big issue for us.
