“Nice rooms and good location, but the beds were extremely uncomfortable.”
The amenities like the pool and gym looked good but we didn't use them. The rooms were clean with good room service.
The bed was really bad. The mattress was a step up from sleeping on the floor in terms of comfort and the sheets/pillowcase were basically plastic which caused us to sweat from any point that was touching them. The bed is the most important part of a hotel room which really drags it down even though everything else was fine.
