Guests under the age of 21 have to be accompanied by someone of 21 years or older. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the Studio and Executive Apartment is 2 persons. It is not possible for an extra person to stay in these room types. If you wish to add an extra adult or child to the accommodation, please book the 2-Bedroom Apartment. This is a non-smoking hotel and smoking is not permitted in all areas. There is a terrace where guests are allowed to smoke cigarettes. Please note that if guests do smoke in the non-permitted areas, there will be a € 280,- fine. The hotel does not allow pets. Please note that for bookings up to 6 nights, daily cleaning is offered. Bed linen are changed every 4 days. Due to our environmental footprint, our air conditioning is based on climate control. A deposit may be required at the property.
