Great location with excellent facilities and high quality
There was an issue with the radio, which was resolved immediately. It also turned out that there was a problem with the TV connection, although given the time I was in the room it wasn’t a problem.

“Expensive and underwhelming”
The room is pretty underwhelming. The food is very greasy and ordinary. Shepherds Bush not at all a nice area for wandering around. Service was ordinary - I asked multiple times for ice and water to be delivered to the room on what was a very hot day. It never came. Stay elsewhere!

“Lovely! We will be back.”
First time at the Hoxton and we will be back. We had a Cosy room that overlooked the residential side of the road (not the park) and it was lovely and quiet. Bed, pillows and linens were very comfortable. We stayed during the July 2026 heatwave and the room was the perfect cooled temperature. I loved how thoughtful everything in the hotel was, you can tell a lot of care and thought was put into each aspect. A lovely hotel all around.
