Great service and location especially if you want to go to the bazar shopping. The staff also were very nice they gave us an earlier check in because we were so tired

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel as advertised. This hotel is very dirty. Broken tiles in the bathroom, dirty broken beds. Broken safety safe. The towels are so old and very ruff. The staff at the hotel are rude especially the staff member on the reception desk. This hotel is not child friendly. Children are not allowed to talk around the hotel. The swimming pool area smells mouldy. The man at the swimming pool/spa area is very rude as demands that you are not allowed to talk in the swimming area which is impossible with children. He continues to constantly bother you while in the swimming pool demanding that you can only swim for 30 mins. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel and unless you would like to feel depressed throughout your stay.

Previous chewing gum hanging off the bedside lighting which again clearly shows that they do not clean the room property. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel and unless you would like to feel depressed throughout your stay.
