Alguns quartos tem limitações ao abrir a janela, causando alergia por conta de circulação de ar ainda mais com carpete, mas é ótimo

Wir mussten während unseres Aufenthalts mehrmals das Zimmer wechseln: 1. Erstes Zimmer: Die Dusche funktionierte nicht richtig und hatte ein Leck. Die Beleuchtung am Eingang funktionierte ebenfalls nicht. Außerdem hatte die Bettwäsche Flecken. 2. Zweites Zimmer: Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Aus der Anlage kam zudem ein unangenehmer, komischer Geruch. Die Wände waren nicht sauber und voller Flecken, vermutlich von Insekten. 3. Drittes Zimmer: Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nur teilweise, was für uns gerade noch auszuhalten war. Die Wände waren etwas sauberer. Da wir jedoch ohnehin nur vier Nächte gebucht hatten, hatten wir keine Lust mehr, erneut das Zimmer zu wechseln.

The extra costs that you arent told about when you book like use of the pool being an extra 1000tl per person. And the fact the jacuzzi doesnt work. Some of the other facilities are in really bad shape and the steam room for example cant be used as its been made too hot. We also ordered breakfasts to be packaged so we can take them with us when we left at 6.30 for our early flight, all promised, nothing provided. Absolutely shocking service all around. Not a 5 star at all. The shower in our room was terrible, the temp goes hot, then cold, and back and forth.
