As a general rule, the Grand Oasis Cancún will be the only property that will accept Student / Youth GROUPS (not applicable to family travel). Any guests meeting the above definition of Student / Youth Traveler are subject to the following conditions: § Upon check-in, passengers will be required to pay a one-time Student / Youth resort fee (charges may vary). Policy is mandatory, per person and not refundable. Operator is obligated to inform all Students/Youths of this charge. Minimum age requirement for hotel check-in is 18 years of age. All rooms require one person that is at least 18 when occupied by a 17 year old passenger. All students under the legal age of 18 require a notarized consent from parent/legal guardian providing authorization and taking responsibility for the guest. No passenger under the age of 17 years of age is allowed to occupy any room without a parent or legal guardian accompanying them. Any student group traveling with guests under the age of 18 will require chaperon(s). One chaperon is required per 1-19 students/youths under the age of 18. No me gustó que uno andaba como tonto entrando a espacios que te decían en casi todos que no podías ingresar si no tenías pulsera negra cosa que si bien era todo incluido pero todos los días era la misma comida ya aburría menos mal que estuve igual no mucho que pena porque el lugar era bien enorme y bonito solo que le faltaba un poquito de manito de gato sobre todo a las piscinas de adultos estaban con mucho hongo . Además ibas ingresando y te decían no está cerrado , y no con muy buena actitud algunas personas no todas . Como que trabajan enojados . Habían dos anfitrionas una rubíecita muy amable que nos recibieron . Alfinal andábamos asustados no sabíamos si pedir algo o no ya que andaban medios enojados no daban solución te decían cerrado , y no te decían puedes ingresar por el otro lado , si no nos avisa otra persona no entramos nomas quedamos sin desayuno .
