“Bitter experience”
The location
They collected me money and as soon as I arrived there I be been told that my reservation is not existing for that day. They made me to sign a form and shipped me to another hotel for a night telling me that if I won’t do it my reservation would be cancelled!!! Next day they brought me back and the room that they gave me wasn’t the one I chose and paid for!!!!!! Locals told me that they do that often. That ruins your vacation mood from the begging. Do not go there. They are hundreds resorts ready to treat you good. Other residents to told is that they faced bad behavior from the desk people as well. The lady on the front desk made me crying and she enjoyed seeing me like this. She told me that the travel agencies should know that we work this way!!!! By the way me coming back and fight for my rights. They don’t pick up and phone call my agent do towards them. And if they do, they pretend that they do not speak English!!!!! DO NOT PUT YOUR SELF IN THIS POSITION. I hope I help someone out there.
