Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut und für uns ideal. Besonders positiv ist uns auch das Personal aufgefallen, das jederzeit sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit war. Ich habe mich dadurch während meines Aufenthalts sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Im Badezimmer gab es leider keine Klimaanlage. Da es zudem keine Fenster zum Öffnen gab, wurde es durch das häufige Duschen sehr schnell heiss und stickig. Besonders während der Hitzewelle war das teilweise kaum auszuhalten. Zusätzlich gab es im restlichen Zimmer keinen Spiegel, sodass wir dafür jedes Mal das ohnehin sehr warme Badezimmer benutzen mussten.

Essendo un ostello la notte la gente rientrava tardi e ti svegliava, si fa fatica a riposare benissimo. Letti non proprio comodissimi

Clean rooms and a nice location

Our stay was okay overall, but unfortunately we had repeated issues with the air conditioning that made our experience super uncomfortable. The AC that was controlled by the staff was repeatedly being turned off, which already made the room super uncomfortable, as it’s really hot in Mallorca even at night. On our last night, the situation became even worse since the AC in our room was turned off and wouldn’t turn back on, leaving the room extremely hot and making it impossible to sleep. We contacted the reception at around 3 a.m. The staff member tried to turn it on, but it still did not work. We were told there were no other rooms available and unfortunately no alternative solution was offered. I understand that technical problems can happen, but the repeated issues with the AC throughout the stay, combined with the lack of any alternative solution on our final night, made the end of our stay very unpleasant. Given the summer temperatures in Mallorca, the room became unbearably hot and we were unable to get any proper rest.
