Hello, It is completely unacceptable for a hotel that promotes itself as pet-friendly to allow a dog that has been adopted and fed by the hotel staff to attack and bite its guests. I had a truly horrible experience. I never expected that both my dog and I would be attacked and bitten right in front of the hotel, while the staff simply stood by and watched without taking any action. For a hotel that presents itself as a high-standard establishment, the way its guests were treated was absolutely unacceptable. The explanation that “this has never happened before” is simply not good enough and does not excuse the lack of care or responsibility. A deeply disappointing experience. This hotel does not deserve even one star.
