“Beautiful apartment, convenient location, exceptional hospitality”

We visited Mallorca for the first time, and Terreno Suites was absolutely perfect for us. The location is perfect - doesn't feel touristy and yet is very close to all the big attractions. A sweet and safe neighbourhood, with groceries and cafes close by. Also close to the promenade for walking, the incredible HSpa if that's your vibe, and easy driving distance to beaches, main shopping areas and parks, and really anywhere. Only takes about 40 minutes to drive to the other side of the island for day trips to Valldemossa, Soller, or Deia (highly recommend, by the way!). Parking is close by and very convenient. Our apartment was immaculate, spacious, comfortable, and felt like home right away. The pool on the 3rd floor was perfect for the balmy days, and the staff were just incredible. Per and Vincent will proactively anticipate all your needs, and make you feel like family. They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to make everyone comfortable. Just the nicest people we really became attached to. We really can't say enough - if we are lucky enough to return to Mallorca, we will stay there again!

The property was modern inside and very clean. The apartment was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to shops and restaurants. I loved the roof top terrace and the pool. Excellent all round!

Die Pool-Umgebung war ansprechend und sauber. Die Küche war vollständig (Induktionsfeld, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank). Auf dem Smart-TV kann das eigene „Prime Video“ wiedergegeben werden.

Ich habe 2600 Euro bezahlt und kein einziges mal wurde die Unterkunft gereinigt. Wir haben das Reinigen selber übernommen. Durchfegen. Oberflächen reinigen. Dennoch hatte die Unterkunft die Chutzpe, 41 Euro „service fee“ abzubuchen. Wofür? Wir haben den Service selber übernommen. Das fanden wir ziemlich unverschämt und in Anbetracht der Gesamtsumme eine unangenehme Geldschneiderei. Des weiteren sind Unterkünfte meistens gegen Lärm gedämmt. Diese Unterkunft ist extrem hellhörig. Man hört alles, was auf der Straße so passiert. Und das ist leider die ganze Nacht über so einiges. Es wird geschrien und gerufen. Das alles führte nach und nach zu erheblichem Schlafmangel.
