Please note that only the number of guests indicated at booking can enter the apartment. Suites Avenue wants to offer a pleasant and relaxing stay to all our guests and neighbors. To ensure your maximum comfort, holding parties is strictly prohibited in all apartments. Please note noise must be kept to a minimum from 21:00 to 10:00 Please note, when booking more than 3 apartments, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 15 kilos. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance, no later than 24 hours after booking. The amounts with VAT included have been calculated based on the tax rate in force on the date of the reservation. In the event of a change in the VAT rates or brackets applicable on the date of stay, the final amount will be recalculated to apply that corresponding to that date. Accepted credit cards: American Express, VISA, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club. The hotel reserves the right check the validity of the credit cards before the arrival date by making a charge, or pre-authorization for the total amount of your reservation. For bookings with a non-refundable or pre-paid rate, the accommodation may require payment to be made before arrival via a secure online payment platform. Should pre-payment be required, the guest will receive the relevant instructions via the communication channels associated with their booking.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
