The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the individual duvets were a nice feature. The birthday welcome was very nice.

The room was very small, which is to be expected for NYC, but there was barely room to walk to between the bed and the AC. There also wasn't a lot of storage space and no fridge in the room. The shower leaked like crazy, so even though we put towels down, the floor still got soaked. It also feels like the room wasn't planned out well. There are mirrors on basically every wall in the bathroom-including in front of the toilet. It also meant that the only place to put the soap dispenser was behind the toilet at arm level, so you could hit the dispenser as you were trying to get toilet paper.

“Un buen hotel en Nueva York, pequeño, con detalles y cómodo”

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, decoración y sobretodo la comodidad de las camas. Un buel colchón que permitía el descanso.

La calle por las noches se llena de basuras y personas sin hogar.
