“Worst experience in the last 25 years !!!!”

Worst experience in my travels in the last 25+years , i checked in on 1st of july , to find that there is someone esle in the room they gave me !!!!! The place is not like advertized , more of a motel than an IHG hotel , I was with my family and imagined that someone at 3 am trying to open my room because he has keys assigned from the reception! Therefore i decided to change hotel and george at reception promised that once i claim to booking they will refund , nothing from that happened till today and no replies from the hotel wether by phone or email.
