“Disappointed”

Only the kitchen is good and the people in the kitchen are great!

I am very disappointed. We are here for 3 days (2 reservation 26-29.08.26) and we have to ask at the reception to change the towels and water. No one cleaned the room for 3 days and threw out the garbage - maybe I'm asking too much... but I thought it was standard! I do not recommend a hotel with such an approach to customers and standards. They obviously have a problem with the management or flow of communication at the reception. And I talked to the manager at the reception, he is not responsible for cleaning :) But someone has to accept the comments and manage them and not shift the responsibility. And supposedly I refused to clean :)

La proximité avec l aéroport et la navette gratuite et efficace

L hôtel correspond à l’équivalent d’un hôtel Ibis en France en termes de confort. Le personnel qui nous a accueilli tard le soir a été détestable. Notre réservation sur booking prévoyait le petit déjeuner dans notre réservation. Ce que le personnel d’accueil a contesté. Le manager a ensuite realise qu il se trompait et n’a meme pas presente d excuses, apres m’avoir fait patienter 30 min à minuit passé.
