Attentive and friendly staff, washing machine in the room, good swimming pool that feels private, many good eateries nearby, shuttle service, complete kitchen appliances

Nothing, really. You do need to walk a bit down the alley to get to property but the street is pretty well lit, we felt safe.

Super welcoming hotel with spacious clean rooms, great service and good facilities. The gym and pool are very nice. For families they have a small playground outside near the pool and a playroom with AC on the first floor. The room was quiet and the beds comfortable. They made the room daily. The staff from doorman to receptionists are always friendly and are always greeting and smiling. The location is great. It's quiet but in less than 5 minutes walking there is everything from supermarket, restaurants, bars, transport. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Bangkok.

Maybe fix the shower doors. It doesn't close fully so water is leaking from the shower in the bathroom (not an issue since they cleaned it daily but just for convenience).
