From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The staff were incredibly helpful, warm, and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. I truly felt like I was a priority throughout my entire visit. The location in the historic Alfama district was absolutely phenomenal, with its charming atmosphere, rich history, and breathtaking views of the river. Waking up and taking in the beautiful scenery made the experience even more special. Everything about my stay was exceptional—from the personalized service to the wonderful location and stunning views. It was an absolutely phenomenal stay, and I left feeling happy, relaxed, and grateful for the wonderful hospitality. I would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly memorable experience in Lisbon.

The breakfast was a great benefit. A very suitable European buffet. It had everything you could want. I was happy with their breakfast for 4 days. It satisfied me, and the service Francois and his staff provided was superb!!

The hot sun in the afternoons. But my wife and I like to eat dinner between 5:30 and 6 p.m., and it was still hot out. They did their best with 2 fans running and the AC on, but it was still hot. So perhaps if we waited till 7 pm, we could have solved our own dilemma,
