Credit card holder must be present at time of check in. If credit card holder will not be present, a third-party credit authorization must be signed and delivered to Sohotel before Check-In. All third-party credit authorization form must be completed, signed and received 72 hours prior to Check-In At check-In, Sohotel will place $250 hold on the credit card provided for all incidentals that may occur during your stay. These funds will be released at check-out and may take up to 30 days to be returned depending on issuing bank. Please note that all debit cards will take the money directly out of your account. Guests must be 21 years or older to check-in. There is only access by stairs, there is no elevator at the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
