Staff were rude, had to wait super long for check in. Rooms deteriorated, wall paper coming off and they gave us a disabled room when we didn’t book that category.

מעלית אחת היתה מקולקלת בכל השהות שלנו לא תיקנו אותה. בנוסף ממליצה לקחת קומות גבוהות כדי שלא יהיה רועש מדי, אין הרבה שמש בבריכה למי שזה חשוב לנו פחות

I am very disappointed with my stay at this property. While the location itself was convenient, the overall experience fell far below what would be considered acceptable accommodations. The biggest issue was the room condition. Upon arrival, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, making the room extremely uncomfortable throughout the night. The unit did not begin working correctly until approximately 6:00 AM the following morning, resulting in a very poor night's sleep and a very frustrating experience. In addition, the room had almost no noise insulation. Outside noise was constant and excessive throughout the night, making it difficult to rest. Conversations, traffic, and general outdoor activity could be heard clearly from inside the room. A hotel room should provide a reasonable level of quiet and privacy, and unfortunately this room did not. Cleanliness and room preparation were also disappointing. The bed sheets had an unpleasant odor, raising concerns about whether they had been properly refreshed before our arrival. Furthermore, the bathroom amenities were not stocked correctly. There was no shampoo or conditioner available in the shower. Instead, all of the dispensers appeared to contain only body wash, which was inconvenient and reflected a lack of attention to basic guest needs. Considering the room rate charged, the value received was simply not acceptable. Guests should reasonably expect a functioning air-conditioning system, clean linens, proper bathroom amenities, and adequate noise control. Unfortunately, this property failed to meet those basic expectations. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve maintenance, housekeeping standards, room preparation, and guest comfort. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.
