We had a wonderful stay and would like to congratulate the entire Sheraton Lisboa team! From reception and valet parking to housekeeping, everything was excellent. The room was spotless, the service was warm and professional, and the food was absolutely amazing! The location is also fantastic, especially with the Banksy Museum just behind the hotel — such a great experience and so convenient. A huge thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend the Sheraton Lisboa!

Perfect for a short stay with children. Great base in a quieter area. Live music was great, our son loved the daily popcorn. Clean, spacious and bright room.

Pool area needs some parasols for shade as there is no shade at all.

The staff. All of them were kind, polite and helpful

The entrance (hall) has a gloomy feel, and the room is need of major maintenance (carpet, faucets, the clothes - hanging space, the ceiling, etc.). It was the first time I had ever seen a 5-star hotel where the mini-bar was completely empty. There was absolutely nothing in it. Save for the two complimentary bottles of water and the port wine. Thank you
