“Perfect 3-Night Stay at Sheraton Lisboa”

We had an amazing 3-night stay at the Sheraton Lisboa and highly recommend it! The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever experienced during my travels, with an incredible variety of fresh and delicious options. Our room was spotless, exceptionally quiet, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—we slept so well every night. The strong water pressure and large bathtub were perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Marquês de Pombal Square, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. There's also a metro station right outside the hotel, although we mostly used Bolt, which made getting around Lisbon quick and easy. A heartfelt thank you for the thoughtful birthday surprise—it made my celebration even more special. We truly appreciated the kindness and hospitality of the entire team. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Lisbon. Thank you, and please keep up the outstanding work!

Às 11:45 horas, fui entrar no quarto pra pegar minhas coisas para fazer o check-out, não consegui entrar, pois meu cartão estava bloqueado. Um absurdo! Entrar antes das 15:00 horas, nem pensar. Então, o check-out tem que ser às 12:00 horas e não antes. ☹️

“Good hotel”

Good hotel — one of the few in Lisbon which is convenient enough for the historical centre and has a pool and spa. Great staff and a solid all-round offering, club area in the foyer is really good if you can get access with your room. Only reason for four stars from me rather than five is the decor and furniture in places is tired in places, it is overdue a refurbishment. With that caveat, recommended.
