The resort and room was lovely .

What lets it down is some of the staff and I think it’s poorly managed . We were left waiting nearly an hour and half after check in time to finally get our room. Many staff (especially in buffet ) were very sullen and rude . Staff around lobby bar and coffee bar were excellent t though

It was overall a nice experience...

That they didn't have an nite club on the adults only side...Room was clean ,but like could have been cleaner like in the bathroom behind the door...
