“We didn't enjoy”

Poor service, bad food taste, lake of food, late cleaning, room need lots of updates, beach lots of weeds, flies & incect this year every where, we didn't enjoy unfortunately our stay . Bad service this year. Lake of communication.

“The room itself was nice aside from that and Maria from reception, Abi the bartender, and Joel from checking are top tie”

I loved the swim out pool and the hibachi restaurant.

The buffet was not it, there was a roach crawling on the table. And you need to reserve everything and the rooftop closes at 6pm and the restaurants are only from 6pm-10pm. Also things were promised to us and never happened. The tour that they talk about with breakfast is loooooong was there over 3hrs.
