What I find truly disheartening about this hotel is the fact that when I wanted to rent a car directly from the hotel—a service the hotel offers—the hotel employee in charge of this, instead of arranging the rental through the hotel’s rental agency, set me up to rent a car from another employee who has nothing to do with the rental agency. The car wasn’t insured, and he didn’t even ask to see my driver’s license or passport. Only after I pressed him did he tell me that I would be liable for any damages! He wanted the money in cash. It’s truly inappropriate for such deals to take place at a hotel and potentially put hotel guests at risk!

El hotel es pequeño por ende todo te queda cerca, no hay que caminar muchísimo para comer o beberte un trago; mi pareja y yo somos de planes tranquilos y allá encontramos todo lo que buscábamos. El personal super amable, nos atendió Jose en el bar de la piscina y siempre estuvo atento y haciéndonos sentir a gusto mientras estuvimos por el área.

Queríamos ir al restaurante Tierra y no estuvo abierto, dedujimos que era porque habían pocos hospedados y no iban abrir todos los restaurantes.
