When booking for more than 4 rooms, different policies may apply and payment of the full reservation must be made after the reservation is made. An environment fee of MXN 85 per night is not included and must be paid at check-in. Please note that an additional charge of USD 20 per person per hour will apply for late check-out after 13:00. Please note that the adult water slide area is open from 10:00 until 17:00 Please note that the children water slide area is open from 09:00 until 18:00. The water park will be closed one day a week for preventative maintenance.
