“Five-Star Hotel in a Great Location in London”

We had a fantastic stay at the Royal Lancaster. Situated near Hyde Park and the Lancaster Gate Underground Station you can't get any better than this. Upon check-in the hotel staff were welcoming, courteous and professional. They attended to all our needs and were able to accommodate our early arrival to the hotel. Our room was welcoming, clean, and the view was beautiful. Our bellman showed us all the amenities of the room including Nespresso coffee, tea, water and other goodies. He informed us about the multitude of electrical outlets, the safe and showed us both the day and nigh time shades. He ensured we understood how the lighting system worked in the room. The room was incredibly quiet at night. Every morning our friends and family enjoyed a fabulous and tasty breakfast in the Park Restaurant. The options were plentiful that you did not have to eat the same thing every day. Once again the wait staff was attentive and quick to serve. We looked forward to a hearty breakfast every day before we headed out for a long day of sightseeing. As we were on a tour, our days were filled and sometimes our arrival back to the hotel was late into the evening. The Park Lounge was a great place to get food if you were just too tired to go back out and the Cambridge Gin Martini with a lemon twist satisfied my every need along with the Cesar salad with sauteed prawns. The Park Lounge wait staff were attentive and provided top notch customer service. Several of us would meet later in the evening and just visit in the lounge on comfy couches and shared our daily tourist notes. We also had the pleasure of eating at Nipa Thai. Fantastic food, wonderful wait staff, and a great place to have a delicious thai dinner. Highly recommend. The Royal Lancaster will be the place I stay every time I am in London.

“Unforgettable stay”

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Royal Lancaster London while celebrating our wedding anniversary, and it truly became an experience we will never forget. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, the accommodation was extremely comfortable, and every detail made our stay feel special. What impressed us most, however, was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. We genuinely felt welcomed and looked after throughout our entire stay. A very special thank you to Vitalii at Reception, who went above and beyond to assist us. His kindness, attention to detail and genuine hospitality made such a difference to our anniversary celebration. He made us feel truly valued as guests and helped turn an already beautiful stay into something very memorable. The level of service at the Royal Lancaster is outstanding, yet it still feels warm and personal. We left with wonderful memories of our anniversary and will certainly remember this stay for many years to come. Thank you to Vitalii and the entire Royal Lancaster team for making our celebration so special. We would happily return and highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone visiting London. ❤️

“Best hotel in London!”

Amazing stay, the absolute best service and cannot thank Doreen in guest services enough for all the time and effort she put into making my birthday stay unforgettable. The hotel is amazing. The rooms are so clean and tidy. The bathrooms are amazing. The bath itself is so lovely and deep. The shower is powerful, even on the 18th floor! The beds are super comfortable and the pillows are so good. Breakfast was probably the best part. I've never seen a breakfast buffet that huge or that varied before. An absolute must is their homemade granola with the honey from their own bees on the roof. And the chicken dumplings for breakfast are not to be missed. We ate at Nipa Thai during our stay too and that was also absolutely fantastic, as well as the Hyde Cafe. All the food and drink places at the hotel are amazing and should not be missed if you can help it!
