“Perfect birthday!”

We got upgraded to Park Suite and it was wonderful. Perfect birthday 🎂 gift. So comfortable and relaxing. Views were beautiful. Amenities were incredible

Chambre spacieuse, personnel très accueillant et serviable. Petit déjeuner très copieux. L emplacement était idéal pour des promenades à Hyde Park. L hôtel nous a accommodé des chambres communiquant comme souhaité. C était parfait!

Le seul petit bémol était l attente avant d avoir notre chambre à 15h, ce fut à 16h30. Cependant nous avons eu une boisson gratuite en attendant.

“The Perfect Location and Accommodation for Visiting London”

Great hotel in a perfect location for visiting London. It is two blocks from the Kensington High Street underground. There is a bus stop right in front. It is at the southwest corner of Hyde Park, just south of Kensington Palace. There are plenty of eateries, pubs and accommodations in the immediate area. The staff and concierge are great and very responsive to email and in-person inquiries. We will be staying there again.
