I really liked the room, and I was pleased with the cleanliness throughout the hotel and the surrounding areas. I understand that without this type of activity, the hotel could be excellent because of its facilities.

There was an event taking place at the hotel, and the number of intoxicated people inside the property became excessive and got out of control. I have attended this same type of event at other locations, and my experience was very different. At those venues, alcohol was either not sold or the alcohol sales were much more controlled. As a result, I did not feel safe staying at this hotel. I understand that without this type of activity, the hotel could be excellent because of its facilities. The manager was excellent and very helpful. However, the front desk employee was not friendly, and the rest of the staff we encountered around the hotel were also not very welcoming. Another inconvenience was the parking. It is quite far from the hotel, and there is no transportation or shuttle service available, so guests have to walk a considerable distance to get to and from the hotel.

Beautiful, spacious. The Italian restaurant inside the hotel was exceptional and the food delicious.

Great hotel, restaurants, spas all conveniently available at location. Food was delicious, different restaurants suggestions, pool service and very friendly staff.

The only down fall of the hotel is the parking which is far from the hotel unless you do valet parking.
