“A definite TES”
The design of the hotel. You felt like you were walking through an old Sicilian town going to your room. The breakfast was very delicious with good choices. The location was good as well.
The size of the shower.

“Nice family break at Rome Garden Hotel”
Was wary at first after reading various reviews but the hotel was fine and suited us for what we needed. Our room was on the 4th floor, there was a lift and on arrival the room was fresh and clean, massive queen bed and also two singles which was perfect for our family of four (quadruple room). Clean bathroom, 2 towels each and a selection of bathroom goods. Plenty of hot water and the air-con was very good which was a god-send as it was extremely hot both day and night. Clean white bedding and comfy beds. Our room had its own terraces which was nice for us to sit and have a natter! TV in room but we didn’t use it. There were certain areas that needed tidying up/freshened up but feel that is perhaps an ongoing project of the hotel. We tried to get out early every morning to avoid the crowds/heat so only had breakfast on our last morning, girls had cereal and I had croissants & coffee which were all good. Reception helped us when we needed to book a cab and were all friendly. All in all a nice place for a short family break. Only negative was the distance from sights, would have been walkable if it hadn’t have been so hot. We downloaded the Freenow app and they were very reliable :-)
