“A perfect Rome hotel with outstanding staff, a superb location and service that exceeded expectation”
From the moment we arrived Roma Luxus made my wife and I feel welcome and special. They immediately helped pay our taxi driver in cash for us which was very helpful because his card reader wasn't working and I only had my card on me. Valeria is amazing. She made us both feel so special and welcomed. She was friendly, attentive, professional and charming. We arrived in the morning several hours before our room would be officially ready but settled us in the restaurant with free coffee and croissants and only had to wait half an hour for our room - which she upgraded us too! She was very sweet. In fact, all the staff were attentive and friendly. The location of the hotel is phenomenal - right in the heart of the city close to all the sights, restaurants and bars. Easy walking distance to all the best places. The road itself is charming and well situated. The room (number 201) had a lovely 4 poster bed with views to the historic church next door - it was magical. We had the absolute best time in Roma and will 100% come back to stay at Roma Luxus for much longer on our next trip.
There was honestly nothing we didn't like - the hotel is brilliant, a very nice boutique style hotel with charming staff and perfect location. Make sure you meet Valeria, she's lovely.
