When booking, I booked a room with two beds without breakfast, but after that it turned out that they thought that the room was two beds only for one person. I didn't see this when booking, and I sent them a few days before going, they saying that it's for someone, I say how for someone, and I have booked three rooms, and I always stay in this hotel, at every visit, this is my hotel I go to. I told them well, for only one room, make an exception for the entry of two people, I booked two beds and without breakfast, if with breakfast, there is a cost, but I booked, and the room is for me with two beds, they didn't answer me, and when I entered, they asked me for the second person, if I entered to pay 50 euros per day, and I always book with them, and they didn't do عند الحجز حجزت غرفه سريرين بدون افطار لكن بعد ذاك تبين ان حسبو ان الغرفه بسريرين فقط لشخص واحد لم ارى هذا عند الحجز وراسلتهم قبل الذهاب بايام يقولو هي لشخص اقول كيف لشخص وانا حاجزه غرفه سريرين وكنت قد حجزت ثلاث غرف وانا نزيله هذا الفندق دائما عند كل زياره يكون هذا فندقي الذي اذهب اليه قلت لهم حسنا لغرفه واحده فقط اعملو استثناء لدخول شخصين انا حجزتها سريرين وبدون افطار لو مع افطار هناك تكلفه لكن انا حجزت والغرفه لي وبها سريرين لم يردو علي وعند دخولي طلبو مني للشخص الثاني اذا دخل ان ادفع لليوم الواحد 50 يورو وانا دائما احجز عندهم ولم يفعلو اي شئ والسعر مرتفع شعرت بخيبة امل منهم واحزنني موقفهم ولهذا مع انه فندقي المفضل لكن هذه ستكون احر زيارة له

Close to Istiklal Street and Taksim Square (uphill walk from the hotel itself). Five-star amenities throughout, extremely polite and accommodating staff. Nickelodeon Play Access with daily shuttle was a great outlet for the kids since the hotel has no pool — though the spa and Turkish hammam are excellent. Great on-site restaurants, outstanding daily breakfast with good variety.

No pool on-site, otherwise no complaints.
