Beach was nice and location was beautiful. Pool staff was cheerful and nice. Bar staff was amazing!!

Got a JR suite. Facilities where Mid, floors slippery, room needed an upgrade, waited for room beer to be refilled and it never came, fights broke out at sports bar where i found myself getting security to help as their was only one staff member for more than 50 drinkers (mostly 18-22 yo) and walkies did not work for him. ALSO FYI if you book through booking or third party they DO NOT offer shuttle transportation from airport to hotel.

Pool, location in the hotel zone and the food was better than expected.

I slipped and fell in our bathroom because of the shower and lack of towels. My wife went down to get a first aid kit. You Didnt have a first aid kit it wasn’t until 6 hours later that your staff checked in on me.
