Residence Inn Las Vegas South/Henderson

Breakfast was good.

My air went out the 3rd night with no rooms left to change me, I had to wait til maintenance the next day. It was super hot in Vegas in July.

“Exceptional service and very clean”

The property was very clean. The staff was very nice. I love the location of the property.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

“Very disappointed for price paid. We will send an email to the manager of the property too.”

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived at the property, which was way after the check in time. We were very disappointed as we had a 20 month old baby tired from the trip and we couldn’t cook his food on time for dinner. Receptionist was not welcoming either. She even looked upset whenever we asked her questions.

Yeah was an absolute joy!! We had not been greeted with such a great attitude from bring staff as we did with her.. she was definitely the bonus to our trip.. a must keep. This is the type of employee you measure sure to take care of.
